How is shipping calculated? TOP
All orders are sent thru USPS or UPS. Insurance is not included. If you are interested in purchasing insurance, please contact us before you purchase your items. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

All of our products are shipped priority mail and should arrive 2 to 3 days after they are processed. If you need your order sooner than mentioned above, please contact us about rush order fees before you make your purchase. Rush shipping is available for some of our products.
How long before I receive my proof? TOP Your proof will be e-mailed to you within 48 to 72 hours. Please add our e-mail address, cuteclipsandmore{at}gmail{dot}com, to your address book to prevent your proof from landing in your spam folder. If you have not received a proof, please check your spam folder and contact us. Remember that proofs are not available for all items.
What happens if I have to cancel my invitation order after I have been sent the proof? TOP Unfortunately, life happen and sometimes you might find yourself in the situation were you need to cancel your invitation order after you have already received the proof. If this happens, we can refund your money, but you will be charged a $15 proof fee.
Do you accept returns? TOP No, all items are custom made and returns are not accepted unless there is a monogramming error on our part. Please review your order for errors before submitting it. I don't see exactly what I am looking for. Do you take custom orders? TOP Absolutely! Our tee shirts, lunchboxes, invitations and stationery are all able to be custom designed. Just send us your ideas and we will be more than happy to work with you on creating a custom order.
